    Canceling/Changing your order:
    If for any reason you need to cancel/change your order before it ships please notify us immediately at 1-866-500-4971.

    Enclosure cards:
    All our gifts include an enclosure card with the message of your choice. This card comes on white linen paper and includes your message. Please be sure to include your name or the company name so we can include it on the enclosure card.

    Custom Orders:
    We are happy to assist you with any special requests you may have. Call one of our gift advisors and we can help you create that special gift. Toll free at 1-866-500-4971.

    Substitutions:
    At times we may have to substitute items within one of our gift baskets to ensure freshness and timely delivery. We will always use a substitute of equal or greater value when we do find it necessary to make a substitution.

    Perishable Products:
    Any gift including fresh fruit or perishable food products must be shipped via 2nd day air or next day air. During the summer months Chocolates must be shipped on ice and via next day air express shipping.

    Shipping: We now ship to APO/FPO addresses on only two "Military Care Packages."

    If your order contains an incomplete or incorrect address, a $15.00 reroute fee will be charged.
