    Important Christmas Holiday Shipping Information

  • Holiday Shipping Begins November 5, 2007

  • Due to Holiday volume, Gifts shipped by Ground Shipping may not ship same day.

  • 3rd Day Air, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air and Saturday Delivery will ship same day as long as the order is received by 12:00 noon CST.

    Important Shipping Information

  • West Coast: 3-4 business days via ground service (not including the day it ships)

  • Mid-West: 2-3 business days via ground service (not including the day it ships)

  • East Coast: 3-4 business days via ground service (not including the day it ships)

  • 3rd Day Air: 3 business days. (not including the day it ships)

  • 2nd Day Air: 2 business days (PM delivery). (not including the day it ships)

  • Next Day Air: 1 business day. (not including the day it ships)

  • Saturday Delivery: Always ships on Friday for delivery on Saturday. Order must be received
    prior to 12:00 Noon CST to arrange Saturday Delivery.


    Ground shipping may take 3-6 business days. UPS and Federal Express do not guarantee a date certain for ground shipping. The only shipping that is guaranteed is next-day air and two-day air shipping. Two-day air shipping is afternoon delivery.

    Please note that all orders placed after December 12th using free ground shipping are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas by UPS or Federal Express. Due to the volume of gift baskets shipped during the holiday season, free ground shipping orders do not always ship out on the same day and can take longer to arrive. Please place holiday orders as early as possible. To ensure your package arrives on a certain date, you may want to choose next-day air or two-day air. Be sure to let us know the desired delivery date in the "comments" section of your order.

    How will my gift be packaged?

    We do everything possible to ensure your gifts arrive to the recipients in perfect condition. Each gift is hand made, and wrapped in shrink wrap, topped with a handmade bow and wrapped with tissue paper before being placed in a box. We then pack your gifts into heavy duty cardboard boxes and place plenty of packing materials around it to eliminate shifting during transport. We also put large, red "Fragile" and "Please handle with care" stickers on all our boxes to ensure it isn't mishandled. Our goal is for your gift to arrive looking just as beautiful when it arrives as it did when it left our hands.

    How will I know when my gift has shipped?

    After we have shipped your order you will receive an email shipping notification which will include any tracking information.

    What if I do not receive an email notification?

    This may mean you did not fill in your e-mail address correctly or not at all. It may also be because you requested a delivery date in the future. If you are not sure please call us toll free at 866-500-4971 Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST and we will be happy to assist you.

    How will I know when my gift arrives?

    Once you receive your tracking number you can track your gift on-line or by calling the delivery service toll free. You may reach UPS Toll free at 800-742-5877 or Federal express toll free at 800-463-3339. You may also call us toll free at 866-500-4971 Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST and we will be happy to assist you.

    Where do you ship?

    Currently we only offer UPS shipping within the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada must be shipped by the US Postal Service (USPS) and have higher shipping rates and do not qualify for free ground shipping. Shipping via USPS takes one extra day to ship. No loss claims, late delivery refunds or damage claims will be honored on USPS shipment under any circumstances. Shipping prices to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada must be quoted by our customer service staff. Please call us toll free at 866-500-4971 Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST and we will be happy to assist you with pricing to these regions.

    We do not deliver gift baskets to APO/FPO addresses. We do offer delivery to APO/FPO addresses. There are two "Military Care Packages" specially designed for overseas shipping. Only these two gifts are available for overseas shipping. However, please keep in mind that shipping to these locations involves some risk. Therefore we do not guarantee these gifts. No loss claims, late delivery refunds or damage claims will be honored on APO/FPO or USPS shipments under any circumstances. Many of the gifts we have shipped to APO/FPO addresses have been lost, damaged or returned to us at great expense. There is no way for us to track and monitor gifts going to APO/FPO addresses. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.


    Ship to/ Recipient address information:

    It is your responsibility to provide us with complete and accurate delivery information. This should include:
    • Recipients full first and last name.
    • Company name. (if applicable)
    • Street number and street name.
    • Suite number, apartment number or floor number.
    • City, state and accurate zip code.


    Can I change the shipping address on my order?

    If your order has not yet been picked up by the parcel delivery company we will be happy to assist you with changing/ adding any information to the shipping address. Please call us toll free at 866-500-4971 Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST and we will be happy to assist you.
    However, if your gift has already been picked up by the parcel delivery company we can not change the address. If for some reason you have provided incorrect or incomplete delivery information we will have to contact UPS/FedEx and attempt to correct this. However we can not guarantee this will be possible and there will be a $20.00 fee assessed to your credit card for this error. Although ground shipping is free of charge, if we have to re-send your package you will be charged for the re-shipping of the gift.




    What if I realize I have not provided complete/ accurate shipping information?

    If you realize for some reason you did not provide us with complete and or accurate delievry information please call us immediately at 866-500-4971 Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST and we will do our best to help resolve this issue.
    However, there will be a $20.00 fee assessed to your credit card for this error. UPS and Fed Ex charge us for any correction which may need to be made to the delivery information. Usually this fee is assessed because of incorrect zip codes being provided,so please check your delivery zip code for accuracy prior to placing your order.


    Can I cancel my order after it has shipped?

    We do apologize but we do not allow cancellation of an order once it has been shipped.

    All damage claims must be made within 3 business days of the gift being received. All damage or discrepancies must be inspected by the carrier. If the gift is disposed of prior to carrier inspection, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement. If you placed an order with us and did not receive your package, please notify us within 10 days so we can track or re-ship your gift. Any notifications after 10 days are not guaranteed a refund or replacement.

    Can you ship Chocolate and fruit gifts in warm summer months?

    During the summer months, we must include ice packs in all our chocolate and perishable fruit gifts. To ensure fresh delivery of perishable fruit and chocolates in the summer months, we ship: Monday through Thursday via next day air only. We do not ship chocolates or fruit on Fridays. A $5.00 ice pack charge will be added to your order.

    Why are the express shipping costs so expensive?

    As you look at our shipping and delivery charges please keep in mind our beautiful gifts can sometimes be quite large. Our shipping prices reflect the weight, dimensions and fragile nature of our beautiful gifts. Our goal is for it to arrive looking just as it does in our pictures and for this to be possible we must pack our gifts very well.
